<---Shakes in anticipation for the new album

It definitely isn't their best song technically, but it's catchy and shows good promise for a 2008 Prodigy sound. Edited Sat Dec 13 2008, 04:12am

Oh man, that's a hard one. In my opinion, the entire Fat Of The Land album is the best. I won't post Breathe, Firestarter, or Smack My Bitch Up because I'm sure you have heard those songs a million times before in 1998. But I'll post a great song with Juliette Lewis (yes, the actress) on vocals from their last album to get a taste of more modern Prodigy: [Click, Dick]

And my favorite pre-FOTL song from 1995: [Click, Dick]

If you don't like those songs, you won't ever like The Prodigy.

The Prodigy Experience, Music for the Jilted Generation, and Fat of the Land were fucking awesome albums. I can listen to every track from all three of them. Always Outnumbered, Never Outgunned didn't really do it for me. To be honest I didn't really stick with it to see if it would grow on me, but I never had to do that shit with the other albums.

Prodigy and Daft Punk are where it's at, techno-wise. Ravers disagree, but fuck them anyway.

I'm in the same boat with you when it comes to AONO, being that I really was disappointed when I first heard it, but it definitely grew on me. I'd have to say that my favorite albums now, in order from best to worst, are: Fat Of The Land, Experience, Always Outnumbered Never Outgunned, Music For The Jilted Generation. Even though some of my favorite tracks are on Jilted, I really don't think it's a solid album.

Oh, and fuck ravers. Especially those candy ones. Considering Experience is pure rave music, I think you'd have to be retarded to be a raver and not like Prodigy.

As for Daft Punk, Around The World is one of the first electronic songs I ever got into. I remember seeing the video on MTV's Amp late at night, I had to have been around 12, and thinking how strange this music was. And Digital Love is a killer song. Edited Mon Dec 15 2008, 02:31am

Is that your boyfriend's name? That's so adorable. Do you have any pictures of you two? It's so heartwarming to see two queers in love.
