We need people to conduct the interviews of the newer people here ....
We also eed a "template" for basic interviews for people who don't want a full interview and/or don't have the time for a full interview ...

So, uhm, Suze ....
You were last in charge of this ....

Also, we need volunteers and/or suggestions of those not interviewed yet ...
... and/or people to conduct the interviews
