Just know that Brooke was hurt DEEPLY, as was ANYONE who's truly personal information was displayed within a public forum, and I think it needs to be remedied. It's caused a lot of friction between long-time friends. I also know that it hurt Pat in all of that as well.
No matter on my part, I engage in flame-wars; I'm thick-skinned either way. But the rules of buletin board/internet engagement is typically not to post personal information about people.
There's too many people on the internet that can use it in the wrong way outside of the circles and context it's used within on the boards at that particular time, let alone how it makes people look (on both parts) to casual observers.
I still want nothing to do with any of that exchange. To me, it was fucking pointless.
On the aside, perhaps Pat and Brooke have a few things to discuss on AIM or something to that nature.
