You say he looks like he's been doing PCP, and if he's on ecstasy it's possible he's on MDMA, meth, and ketamine (which is a dissociative in the same class as PCP) all at the same time. Ecstasy is increasingly more difficult and or expensive to manufacture so it's often cut with a mixture of singular drugs that mimic it's multiple aspects. Meth and caffeine for the rush and ketamine for the trippiness.
Personally, I think he's on some really speedy ecstasy.

Woah! Didn't mean to make a federal case out of it! You said that ecstasy and meth weren't the same in the least. I always thought they were related so I researched it. I can see how the "not to be a dick" comment can easily make me look like a dick (and in most cases I'm very happy to be one) but I was only presenting my findings that meth and ecstasy are indeed related to one another.

Does this mean that it's impossible for people on MDMA or meth to stand still for short periods of time? Aren't amphetamines proscribed to hyper active kids to enable them to do just that?

My d@d was a meth cook for a biker gang and I can tell you first hand that not only were those guys speeding their asses off they were often big burly sons of bitches as well. If Techno Viking is on meth in this video who's to say it's not early in his carreer as a user and if so he surely wouldn't be exhibiting the appearance of starvation. Hell, look at Danzig.

Techno Viking is dressed in boots and shorts. Look at every body else, they're wearing hoodies, sweat pants, jackets, and even turtle neck sweaters! I think that's a pretty good indicator hyperthermia might be at play here.

So, do you act violently every time you use? In the least Techno Viking is exhibiting aggressive behaviour.
I certainly have no experience with doing either MDMA or meth, but I have much more first hand experience with meth users than I'd care to and from what I've seen it looks to me a lot like meth.
