Since everyone's all on their own varying paths to improve their health, I thought I'd put mine up here too. I'm 200 pounds right now, and I'm getting ready to go work out. Does anybody else like to work out...or if nothing else eat "right"? Or have some general weight loss goals? Or do you think people who work out and eat healthy are freaky hippy weirdos? Just curious.
I think I might've been possessed by an alien or something. Whatever clicked on in my brain, I went from a 2-3 drink a night minimum to maybe an average of 6 drinks a week. I also walked into a strip club last month and immediately realized that I was completely bored with the experience.
So instead I started taking a second martial art this month and end up working out around 2 hours a night. I'm looking forward to spring so I can pull out my road bikes and join the canton kayak club to paddle around the harbor.
That's amazing Emp! *pumps pompoms* What made you want to just switch over like that? For me I just wanted to get healthy and get smexy again...cause I'm selfish like that. I'm about 5'10", and from digging stuff up, I've got a couple pics.
Nice! And very cute too. But far too young for me.
Yes folks, the my lecherous days have come to an end. One day you wake up and there's nothing left in the beard but gray, and you find only the cap and case to your flash drive, spend hours searching for it, cursing everything that moves...
...only to find it safely in the computer's USB port.
It is time to accept the inevitable. I'm fucking OLD.
I'm 5'10, about 220. I could probably stand to lose a couple pounds, but I wouldn't say I'm unhappy with the shape I'm in. I'm fairly fit and pretty strong, although I've been slacking at the gym so far this year. Trying to get back into a good routine, ideally I'll go 4-5 times a week.
I try and go once every day, but that's much easier for me to do since I'm going to school and I don't have much to do inbetween class.
...and I don't want to look like a stick figure, that's for certain. I *love* my curves...I just want to smooth 'em out and tone 'em up a bit.
