Actually there are some women, very few mind you, who orgasm while giving birth, something to do with the g-spot I believe.
Many women these days go the sissy route and have an epidural which leaves very little feeling at all during birth.
Women who go all natural, without pain meds (like me) are usually in too much pain/discomfort from the intense uterine contractions to even notice if there could be any pleasurable feelings going on. For me, when the baby's head and body comes through I just feel extreme pressure burning, stinging, stretching, nothing pleasurable AT ALL. But then I'm not one who wants anything gargantuan all up in me either.
