I took a cool shower which was actually very good for taming down the horrendous pain. My arms and shoulders are on fire right now, this sucks. I'm ever so glad I don't do bikinis or I'd be much worse off, I was wearing my maternity swimsuit cause I haven't had a chance to get a new regular one for my now larger physique, go me! lol
