First of all, there is no crime in taking pictures. If so, millions of tourists would be arrested daily.
Secondly, there ARE professional LICENSED investigators very close. Like I said. Learn the laws first.
If someone had been on her property, they would be trespassing. THAT is illegal.
If someone had taken pictures inside her windows, that is invasion of privacy. THAT is illegal.
If someone had followed her around town, taking pictures, that is stalking. THAT would be illegal.
If I wanted to go down to the local marina and take pictures of the beached whale, there is nothing illegal about that.
Now, are you aware that this is NOT the first time she's been caught at this game? This IS her second chance and she blew it. I told you, she has been doing this for years. She finally got caught and now she will be stopped.
