SunnO))) has made a mark here in the States Apparently the 'market' is opening for metal and drones and noise for music finally SunnO))) actually had a very large article written about them in the New York Times Sunday Magazine about 4 months ago, the underground stamp they had almost came off. They are getting alot of exposure in strange places I guess...
Southern Lord is a great label man... Check out BORIS too, I love them... Japanese band, been going for a long time.

Drones, noisey stuff, very big on atmospherics and the elaborated riffage of fermented crust I would emphasize one aspect - SLOOOWWWWW is the new heavy. I had "Flight of the Behemoth" and "White1" and also now have "Black1". I can put up some samples off of "Black1" if you guys wish it.
