wait, I was just re-reading this. She's working at the same college ("university" in Brit-speak) that Haley is attending as a student in the fall? That is a significant conflict that the school should be aware of, not to mention the severe imbalance this woman obviously suffers of (which is hard to prove, but the former is easier to substantiate). There has to be a way to get this woman away from Haley by way of IP address or some other means of internet tracking. Isn't there?
