it cleans the body from all food toxins and makes the body more sensitive to foods that cause inflammation. Besides, it helps to boost metabolism and it gives your body a rest. Also, chronic inflammation is the cause of insulin based issues (of later adult life) and is more likely the cause of PCOS. So, here I am, fasting to see which foods irritate my system.

I've gone thirty hours for other reasons. It's not fun, but after a while the feeling of hunger kinda goes away. I don't know how you're doing it for that long though. Kudos.
