hehe, well, I'm 45 hours into it and I'll have one more hour before I eat. Yes I know an hour early, but if I don't eat then, I'll never get to eat tonight, and I'll tell you I'm looking forward to eating tonight. *LOL*
Well I decided to start off with Turkey. That's the first food. Because you can only add one thing at a time....any food group as well as drinks and spices. So it was JUST turkey and salt....nothing else......

Well you introduce one new food every two days. UNLESS you run into a trigger food. Then you go back to your safe foods or fasting (if you don't have any safe foods yet). Unfortunately turkey gives me really bad headaches, muscle aches, tiredness and bloating. And it sucks because I was feeling pretty good this morning!
Doh! That sucks because turkey is sooooo good. I love pasta but unfortunately I must be pasta'd out lately because it always makes me feel really fat for the next few days after I eat it.
Aww, Lusive. *would give tight hugs but doesn't want to make bloating worse* I hope you feel better soon and find some good safe foods so you're not fasting for goodness knows how long!
