I forgot to say... HE HIT ME. He didnt give way on a round about.... You give way to the right... he didnt. Then had the nerve to say that I hit him because he was on the round about. He wasnt....... I was on the round about.. HE HIT ME! ...I have a witness.. James was there and he said the same. He wernt stopping for shit. I had broke on the round about when he hit me because he wernt stopping.. then he dragged us along with him for a little while.... THEN.. he had to change his wheel because he hit me so bad... Luckly... this is all that happened.. I was a bit shaken... We aint hurt. Its ok.. Im still driving it too.. but its going in on Monday... Im a sad hayley today
I showed him what for though... he was up in my face and I went ape shit... Called him a dumbass for not giving way... called him a dickhead.. Im still angry... ANGRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My car is finally fixed. (Had lots of work done to it!!) Got a phone call off my insurance company... they agree with me and it was the van mans fault but he is still saying its mine so its now going to court!
