How many prisons have gone up in your home town? Mine has gone from an economy once based on oil, to one based off the prison system. With the Patriot Act and all of our Bill of Rights going to pot, more and more of the poor in America will be labeled as the criminal element. Perfect solution for our overpopulation. Half the people in prison, the other half working to keep them there.
