we were making enchiladas when the cops showed up to arrest me.
i spent some time in jail, and it was horrible, of course. i was stuck in with a crazy girl.
well, the county where my kid's case and child support started didn't stop my current child support when my parental rights were terminated like they were supposed to, so it kept adding up.
Andy called the prosecuting attorney and straightened that out while i was in cell number 8HB being acosted by the crazy girl who paints the walls in her bunk with jello.
well, that county figured up what i actually owe, and it's only 4,500$, which is Not a felony...
they dropped ALL charges and now i just have to pay $75 a month for 60 minths, and i am done with legal matters altogether!!!
i had 6 counts of D felony non support charges.
they were going to put me in county for 3 months and then send me over to the women's prision, where i would have to do %15 of 4 years. i have no idea what that would have been.

it was red jello. i don't think it had any flavor, i was scared to try it, it wasn't really jello-ey, it was kind of like a rock.
but it smelled like fruity pebbles.......
i didn't eat any food in there... by the looks of the floor, (spills of unknown substances, some probably bodily fluids, and just dirty filth everywhere) the food was not really food. probably colored plastic.....
Jail around here isn't so bad. That sounds like 3rd world stuff, seriously.
Makes me wonder if how clean jail here was had to do with the guys running the cell blocks rather than any jail employees or if procedures are that different.

SUZIE it IS my time of the month... they gave me 1 pad, and they told me that's all i get for the day....
i wish i would have thought of smearing blood on the walls, of course, that would have left me paranoid about germs even more so...
i didn't eat anything at home that day, and i woke up around 8 am... i was arrested at 8:06 pm, booked in finally at 1:23 am the next day.... i spent 2 whole days in the cell, and i ate a piece of hershey's chocolate with a scoop of peanut butter on it at around 8:30 pm wednesday night. i didn't add it up, like 3 days?
i also drank very little water because the sink is the back of the toilet...
the guy in the cell next to mine had some kind of immune illness where he constantly throws up, and every time he did, my toilet would get full of his bloody vomit. so i was up flushing the toilet every 30 minutes or so.
i have heard horror stories about this county jail before. lots of them.
i couldn't dress out like everyone else, because i was on suicide watch, i had to wear this suicide smock.
it was sleeveless, dark green, and plastic. it resembled a trash can. it velcroed together in the front and on the shoulders. i had these weird little orange underware...
no bra, no shirt, no shorts...
the mattress on the floor, and 1 suicide blanket.
it was like, 65 degrees in there, no socks either.
i was terrified... and freezing, so i took off the smock, and folded it up into a pillow, and wrapped the blanket all the way around me and curled up on that dirty, probably diseased mattress, i was trying to wish myself out of there, but it didn't work.
i am so greatful that Andy called everyone and got this fixed.
Yay! it's time to bring Andy his lunch!!! i am so happy to see him now...

the suicide blanket was made of some really hard material, but still fabric... and the threads won't come out, i tried, just to see what the function of it was... to keep people from hanging themselves with the thread of a blanket.
the last time i was in jail, i was in there for 3 weeks, it was horrible also. very dirty, 59 other ragging bitch women, and a lot of them didn't shower... it was very skanky in there.
that was a different county. a lot of hicks.
but, this was the last legal thing i had to take care of, and now it is. i just do my part and pay arrears.
