WAUSAU, Wis. -- A Wisconsin Burger King customer really knows how to make an entrance.
Wausau Police Patrol Inspector Bryan Hilts said on Monday, an elderly customer crashed his car into the front door of a Burger King, backed away, parked, went inside and ordered breakfast.
Officers found Rouland Steppert, 78, eating at a table.
The broken glass and the rest of the mess were cleaned up by lunch time, so the noon-hour customers were able to use the main entrance.
Police said because the accident happened on private property, the man would not be charged.
