So this other girl was an utter bitch to me today,She's always kinda cold but today she was the only server(i was bussing)and she refused to let me take tables on my own even though i know how.Instead she insisted on taking the ENTIRE RESTURANT and then just yelling at me to do random things and Only tipping me out fucking 15.00 which is REALLY short.But the worst part is that when the manager asked why she wont let me help her,She replied in a mean way "Cause he doesnt know what he's doing!"
Well i admit i make mistakes,I also admit that im the newest server there and im not totaly the best but at least if i took tables i could help her out and relieve ALOT of stress off of her.Anyway,It didnt upset me at all.I simply said: "I do too know what im doing shay,Screw you" My manager was right there and totally agreed with me.
But my whole point of this is that it didnt upset me and im going to continue to be the bigger person and continue to do my very best to help her,Continue doing her setup work in the moring and anything else i can,Just like that guy jr.I MAY even appologize to him for how i was acting towards him,Just to show him that im cool and the bigger person.I'll let you know how it all works out,I feel so positive about it...yay.
