i love burn notice even tho i havent watched every single episide, and In Plain Sight looks great. all new episodes of Law and Order Criminal Intent and Burn Notice are on their way, too. i also like House but i can only watch it in small doses because some of the stuff's gross. not that Criminal Intent isnt gross with it's mutilated slaughtered naked bodies, but theyre dead. The stuff on House shows ppl alive.

I used to say I only watched 2 or three shows on TV, but now that you mention it I have realized I have been watchin USA quite a bit - Plain Site does look good, but recently I been watchin Criminal Intent, Monk, and House as well.
Monk is a great show. It's the Columbo of the new millenium. do you prefer D'onofrio or Noth? because i notice a lot of ppl have a preference. of course, i prefer D'onofrio
Don't you all think it's a bit suspicious that there are about 50 bazillion cop and court shows saturating the daily programming?
Do people really like that shit enough to justify the overwhelming amount of this crap on all day long everyday or might there be more to it?
I occasionally watch CSI but I've got to tell you it's my opinion that while these shows may seem to be entertainment the interactions of the characters and their minor offhand remarks have an impressive influence over the subconscious mind amounting to a form of social manipulation. Possibly as a stop gap offset to assuage the publics awareness of the growing connected police state world wide.
or maybe folks in the media don't have more than half a brain, and they've all gotten REALLY good at copying shit that works, driving it into the ground, and then moving on to the next big thing!
NCIS isnt real? no way, i thought all morgues had goth chicks on rollerskates. next you're gonna be telling me all female cops/detectives arent hot like Olivia Benson, with the wind in their hair as they run with perfectly applied makeup and perfect, non-saggy non jiggly breasts.

You misinterpeted my post. I didnt say it wasnt real, I said it was ridiculously unreal.
Another ridiculously unreal cop show that I loved was Life on Mars. But coz it's British, you probably never got the chance to see it. I hope the US version doesnt suck, but it probably will. Like The Office.
