where do i get this? something i buy instructions for or is it free on the web? not that you needed to, but, im assuming you lost weight with this. you mentioned at times not feeling hungry, suprisingly, but, i just want detailed info on it, and if there's a cost, how much, etc. i want to join Weight Watchers as well as trying to eat mostly pure foods, which is going to be difficult. i miss being on a beach and not worrying about how my ass looks, and i also worry about health problems as i am not getting younger. i thought the cleanse might be smart before joining WW or going on a diet plan, i already have a paid membership thru november for my gym, ive just been lazy the past few mnths. thank you.
