because, ive seen loads of guys with perfectly straight, angled hair and i am just curious.
Jared Leto, Jon Bon Jovi, Billy ray Cyrus, and HHH (and i know this dude flat-irons because he had long thick slightly wavy hair when he was in DX yrs ago, JUST like i used to before i got mine chopped and started killing it with a flat iron)

I haven't had more than about a ½" of hair in a long time, which might explain why I don't know what flat-ironing even is. Do you mean literally ironing your hair? A girl I know used to do that from time to time, but it never lasted more than an hour or two. I always thought it was some crazy thing only she did, though.
it's a styling tool that usually has a ceramic plate coating, sort of like a curling iron, but it's flat. think of it as sort of a waffle iron for the hair. some are goldplated. I'll post a pic of one if somebody else doesnt first.
