on another message board i frequent, this girl works there as a waitress. apparently this couple's child was running all over the restaurant being an asshole and the parents werent doing shit about it. anyway, the kid bumped or ran into the waitress carrying a pot of coffee, some of it spilled, burned the kid, and the parents put up a fuss talking about how they are gonna sue.
the burn couldnt have been too bad as i didnt hear about an ambulance being required at the establishment.
fuck those parents and fuck that dumb kid.
and another story: waitress tripped over a dumb brat carrying on in the restaurant. she fucked up her knee pretty bad. she sued the restaurant AND the parents' apaprently both settled. she had lotsa medical bills, etc. i felt terrible about this but at least she got something for her pain
so, in conclusion. if your children are brats, please keep them home. dont bring them to the movies, a restaurant where the customers are mostly adults, to the mall in the middle of the day, etc. if chuck e cheeze can enforce this rule limiting adults, i think other retsaurants ought to be able to do this with kids.
raise your kids properly. not everyone thinks your brats are cute.
ok, now, that woman doesnt deserve a CENT. i hate ppl. I'm the type if i got hurt in a store, like an accidental fall or something, I wouldnt sue for a penny.
And im broke. I'd only sue if it was something major and the store was at fault.
Thats the fucking problem with this world. there's too many ppl who dont want to accept responsibility for their own stupidity
