so i was eating at this dinky lil restaurant when i ordered my food i asked for no tomatoes per the fact i am allergic to them. so the lady knew. i got my food dissected it and didnt find anything. apparently i did a horrible job because i took a big bite outta it and there it was a fat juicy tomato! So i spit it in a napkin and asked the waitress for a different wrap without tomatoes. and when it came back it had tomatoes also. by this time my face started getting itchy (yay allergic reactions) and i asked for a manager and i spoke to them but of course the worse was yet to come i started getting cotton mouthed and my throat swelled up. so i got to go to the hospital YAY. got some drugs and the owner of the restaurant came up to see me he apologized in person our meal was free and he offered us free meals in the restaurant for a year lol. anyways make a long story short my mom wants me to sue them but i dont really wanna. so should i sue? I mean he did apologize and stuff meh what do you think?

it wasnt the waitresses fault. it was the cooks fault. but i dont know what happened in the restaurant. i will know more tomorrow when i talk to the owner. My mom doesn't understand i know the owner i eat there all the time. so i dont wanna sue them. I mean it wasnt that bad they sent me home after a few hours.
People make mistakes. Get the owner to explain how this could have happened and cover your medical bills or copay. But don't sue. The litigious bullshit has got to stop. This is why the lawyers and WalMart have all the money and there no longer is a middle class.
Yeah, tell him you want your bills paid, you'll take him up on the free food for a year offer, and if you're spiteful then get the cook or waitress fired or whoever was responsible.

Yes i spoke to him today, he has the cook suspended for 2 weeks without pay since the ticket did Read NO TOMATOES. I told him i didnt wanna sue and i did actually go with the free food thing and he insisted on paying the bills. so we settled it and he was very nice about it so all in all a good day ^^
