Or it's possible that no one even noticed. I'm not sure if I would have noticed or not if I had just seen that image without having previously seen the other picture with "Blowjobs for Jeebus" as the thread title.
Then call me a pervert, cuz I would've. I wouldn't have thought of the little kid thing if it weren't a pediatric centre, though. But the pose is definitely reminiscent of a blowjob.
