When it comes to porn, the word "hot" is slightly different than when you use it to refer, say, a girl walking down the street. In porn, "hot" means they induce the desire to do nasty sexual things to them. There could be a chick in porn that isn't the greatest looking girl but she's nasty as fuck, makes the correct facial expression, and has a nice body.
