If you've had the pleasure of being at my place, which at least 5 of you have, you'll notice that over the years - my house has gone under major renovations. Some of you might remember when I was working on the studio... well, the house has gone (pretty much) from shit to swank, with the exception of this kitchen.
What a bleeding abortion.

EVERYTHING is original (minus the stove and fridge). The dishwasher is avacado, the cabinets are so stained Im not sure what color they were supposed to be. Honey oak? Maybe? The countertop fell long ago and Im holding up the base cabinets with brick.

Its fucking time.

and time it shall be.

THis summer. CANT WAIT.

Expect before / after pictures.

Cool!

You should take advantage of the shit that's about to hit the Philly fan and save up to buy one of the houses on either side of you later this year.

I wish I'd had the dosh to buy that place next to yours that was for sale. Dont get me wrong, I'm kind of glad I didnt (mortgages, exchange rates), but it'd be sweet owning a place in your neighbourhood.

Seriously, I'm thinking of buying real estate in the US... if I could get some close to my friends at a price I could sustain, I would.

Anything less than a 12 hour flight is close.
