FLAGLER BEACH - Residents of an oceanside condo in Flagler Beach suspected something was wrong when they spotted a neighbor climbing up balconies, stopping to offer one person fish and methamphetamine police said.
That strange encounter helped lead to the discovery of what investigators said was the first meth lab ever shut down in Flagler Beach.
Hascall, 44, is out on bail after being charged with operating a methamphetamine lab out of his condo, and possession of drug paraphinalia.
Hascall stopped at a balcony where a female resident was sitting, and offered her fish or meth.
she accepted the fish, but declined the meth. (lol)
The lab is the first ever found in the city. out of the ordinary for a town with 5,500 people
