there's no good way to hack into emails. depending on whether or not you have access to his computer, you might be able to copy off the file where all of the emails are stored. but that's about the best you can do, and you won't be able to get too far with that.

If someone does something shitty to you. Deprive them of the opportunity to do it again. I.E. Walk away. If you want to get over some one, some event, or some situation, doing something that could get you 2-6 years in prison is a really stupid way to vent. I mean what else would you think about behind bars for vandalism, breaking and entering, and aggravated attempted murder (an unscrupulous lawyer could try for that from altering his food and drink).
