Honestly, the majority of the weight is muscle. I've got some fairly large arms and chest now... I just have a gut along with it. I'm pretty strong and my stamina is good - I do at least 30-60 mins of cardio every time I hit the gym, but I've come to the conclusion that if I want to trim some of the squish off, I'm really gonna have to watch my beer consumption.
Ideally I'd weigh 200ish. At 5'10, I'd still be fairly well built, just a bit leaner.
